1. How is it possible the guy being...frisked...didn't flinch?! He stayed hella calm...
2. Was any action taken against the officer for repeatedly squeezing the man's penis?! Looked like he squeezed kinda hard, too
3. Who was taping that? Definitely didn't look like a police cam...

Yea I died laughing when I saw this awhile back. Its those damn baggy jeans...the cop is assuming that the jeans are actually at his hip. What he's squeezing should be at the level of a navel. Or the cop just has no idea what a...real...thingy feels like. I would have guessed it on the first squeeze and then left it alone.
